About Us

Staged with Style was created to help better serve the River Valley real estate market. It is the result of a collaborative effort between Krista Morland and Leslie Paladino. Our flair for design and passion for real estate have combined to create this exciting new business.

Krista Morland

With a degree in Business Administration Krista earned numerous awards and recognitions as an Assistant Manager at Casual Corner in Fort Smith before becoming a stay-at-home mother for her son Grayson. Her organizational skills were a huge benefit to her at Casual Corner as they aided in a good store layout and easy shopping for her customers while her outgoing personality helped her to repeatedly bring in large volume sales. She and her husband, Chris, have a passion for home improvement and have completely renovated their home. "A fun night out for me is a trip to Lowe's looking at the newest options in home improvement" says Krista. "I have always loved helping friends and family to decorate their homes."

Leslie Paladino

Leslie received a degree in Marketing and worked as a vendor on-site at the SAM'S CLUB home office Marketing Department as a print buyer. The experience gained there was invaluable as she assisted in creating new streamlined processes for the department as well as consistently helped to keep projects on-time and under budget. She has one daughter, Gabrielle, and husband Michael. "I realized how much I loved real estate while looking for our home and now one of my favorite activities is looking at homes online and going to open houses on the weekend."

At Staged with Style our Mission Statement is to help homeowners receive top dollar when they sell their house, to assist realtors in getting the most money and least amount of time out of a listing and to aid prospective buyers in imagining a property as becoming their home.
