We understand that selling your home can be an emotional and tiring process, and we want to help make that process as easy as possible for you.

Occupied Home

Consultation: We begin by determining each client's budget for potential changes. We will then set-up a walk through of your home which will take approximately one hour. During this time we make a detailed list of changes that need to be addressed to the exterior and interior of your house. We then go through the home with you or your real estate agent and provide an overall idea of the changes that we feel are the most important to help achieve a sell.

Home Staging: After we walk through your home with you we will meet to discuss moving forward. At this point clients can decide if they would like to make the changes themselves or if they would like to hire Staged with Style to help them with the process. If you decide to make the changes yourself we will provide a detailed list to you within one week that will include any changes we feel are necessary along with examples of furniture placement, paint colors to be used, accessories to be purchased, etc and cost estimates as well as a list of recommended vendors if necessary.

If Staged with Style is hired to help stage your home we will then set a date for a future appointment to help with furniture arrangement, de-cluttering and de-personalizing as well as purchasing any accessories, etc that are necessary and within your budget.

Vacant Home

Vacant homes can greatly benefit from a few simple decorations and furnishings to help the space feel lived in. Staged with Style can help coordinate furniture rental and arrangement for your vacant home. We will also help purchase any accessories that may be needed as well as suggest other potential changes such as painting, yard maintenance, etc.
